Cloud-based Safety Data Sheets, per-location inventory, and audit-ready exports — in one place, for every chemical you actually use.
Most facilities maintain a printed SDS binder. It's out of date the day a vendor changes formulas, scattered across closets across locations, and impossible to search when an inspector asks "what's in this drum?"
Search by product name, CAS, EPA reg #, or scan a barcode with your phone. Each location keeps its own inventory. Every lookup is logged. Exports are one click away — CSV for spreadsheets, PDF for the binder a regulator wants in hand.
Every feature exists because a real shelter, school, or restaurant manager needed it on a Tuesday afternoon.
Curated PDFs, EPA's PPLS database, PubChem, and AI extraction — searched in parallel. Find the SDS in seconds, even for products with variant names.
Each location maintains its own list of products. Switch contexts with one click. Inventories never bleed between sites.
Pair your phone with a QR code, scan any product's UPC, and the SDS appears on the main screen. No app to install.
Cross-reference every pair of products in your inventory against known dangerous combinations. Catch the bleach-and-ammonia mistakes before they happen.
Every login, password change, role assignment, inventory edit, and billing event is recorded with user, time, and IP. Export as CSV or print as PDF.
Generate HazCom posters from your actual inventory, with GHS pictograms, signal words, and hazard summaries. Print and post — done.
Nothing to install. No vendor onboarding call. Type the product name and the SDS appears.
14-day free trial. Add your facility name, add additional locations later. Invite staff with one-link invitations.
Search any product → click "Add to Inventory." Or scan with your phone. Each location keeps its own list.
Every action is logged. Generate compliance posters from your real inventory. Export the audit trail when an inspector asks.
One flat rate per active location. Unlimited users per location. No surprise add-ons.

OSHA's HazCom standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) requires SDSs to be "readily accessible" to employees on every shift. SDSentry's audit log records who accessed which SDS, when, and from where — giving you defensible documentation that the SDSs were available. The CSV / PDF exports include user, action, resource, timestamp, and IP for every event.
Your inventory, SDS library, and audit log remain in your account through the end of the billing period. You can export everything to CSV before cancellation. After 30 days of inactivity post-cancellation, data is purged.
The flat $24.99/location rate already replaces the per-seat pricing that other compliance tools use. A 10-location operator pays $249.99/mo total, with unlimited users at each site. For organizations with 25+ locations, email us about volume pricing.
SDSentry queries a chain of providers in priority order: a curated library of verified PDFs, the EPA's PPLS registry, PubChem, and (when needed) AI-assisted retrieval. Every result is annotated with its source so you know whether the PDF came from the manufacturer or a curated archive.
Yes — the entire app is mobile-responsive. The dedicated phone scanner pairs with the desktop view via QR code so a worker can scan a product's barcode on the floor and the SDS appears on the manager's screen.
HTTPS-only with Let's Encrypt-issued certs. Sessions are HttpOnly cookies with 30-day TTLs. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Multi-tenant data is scoped per company at the database level — there is no path for one tenant to see another's inventory or audit log.
If SDSentry doesn't replace your binder, cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged.
