Methodology. Citation-level records collected from OSHA's public Integrated Management Information System (IMIS, osha.gov/ords/imis): inspections in the listed NAICS sectors and states for FY2025 (Oct 1, 2024 – Sep 30, 2025) were retrieved and each inspection's cited standards parsed; records matching 29 CFR 1910.1200 (and 1926.59, construction HazCom) were aggregated by paragraph, industry, state, and type. Scope: Federal-OSHA jurisdiction; NAICS sectors 23, 33, 32, 31, 8111, 6212, 5617; states TX, FL, GA, OH, PA, IL, MO, WI, LA, AL, OK, CO. State-plan states excluded (different citation code format).
